A long-roof 964 rebuilt for cold mornings and empty mountain passes. The shell was taken to bare metal over eleven weeks, every seam re-leaded by hand before the arches were rolled in steel rather than bonded in composite — heavier, slower, and entirely the point. Underneath sits a rebuilt 3.6 with individual throttle bodies, a lightened flywheel, and an exhaust tuned by ear on the road above Innsbruck rather than on a dyno. The cabin is stripped to essentials: a single pair of Recaro shells, a heater that works, and nothing that asks for attention at speed. It is not a concours car. It is driven through winter, salted, washed, and driven again.
