These terms govern your use of thisisairo.com (“the Site”) and any purchase or inquiry made through it. By using the Site, you agree to the following.
About AIRO. AIRO is an automotive media collective and creative studio based in Tbilisi, Georgia. AIRO is not yet a registered legal entity; these terms are provided on behalf of AIRO's operator(s) in the interim and will be updated upon formal registration.
Content and Intellectual Property. All Stories, Films, photography, and editorial content published on the Site are the property of AIRO unless otherwise credited. This content may not be reproduced, redistributed, or used commercially without AIRO's prior written permission.
Editions (Purchases). Editions are produced in limited quantities. Availability is not guaranteed until payment is confirmed — in the rare case an item sells out between order and payment confirmation, AIRO will notify you and issue a full refund or offer an alternative. Once an order has shipped, it is considered final; contact hello@thisisairo.com regarding any issue with a received order.
Inquiries. Submitting a “Start a Project” inquiry does not create any obligation on AIRO's part to accept or undertake the project. All engagements are agreed separately, directly with AIRO, by email.
Limitation of Liability. The Site and its content are provided “as is.” AIRO is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the Site, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Governing Law. These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia.
Changes. AIRO may update these terms from time to time; continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the current version.
